Cancellation policy

Thank you for choosing to shop with us. Please review the following policy regarding purchases and cancellations.



Purchases

By placing an order on our website, you agree to provide:

  • Accurate and complete billing and shipping information
  • A valid payment method that you are authorized to use

Once your order is submitted, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

If any information is incorrect, please contact us immediately

 

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

 

Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it cannot be modified.

 

Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it only if the order has not yet shipped.

 

To request cancellation:

  • Provide your order number and name

If the order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled.

You may still be able to return the item after receiving it (if it qualifies under our return policy).

 

Payment Authorization

All orders are subject to:

  • Payment verification
  • Fraud and authorization checks

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that fails verification or violates our store policies.

 

Non-Cancelable Situations

Orders cannot be canceled if:

  • The product has already shipped
  • The product is marked as Final Sale / Non-Returnable
  • The cancellation request is submitted after the 12-hour window


Refunds After Cancellation

If your order is successfully canceled before shipping:

  • You will receive a full refund
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear
