Refund policy

No Returns Accepted


We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

All sales are considered final.


Exceptions – Manufacturing Defects

If you receive an item that has a manufacturing defect, we will replace or repair the item at no additional cost.

To submit a claim for a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following information:

Your order number

A description of the issue

Clear photos or video showing the problem

Email claims to: Man@minimalwear.us

Once the issue is verified:

We will provide instructions for return shipping (if needed)

A replacement or repair will be processed promptly



Non-Eligible Issues


The following are not considered manufacturing defects:

Normal wear or use

Damage caused by misuse or mishandling

Size or fit preferences

Color variations due to screen/device settings


Refunds


Refunds are only issued if:

A manufacturing defect is confirmed and

A replacement item is not available

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear after processing.
